Are there any pet insurance providers that offer routine (dental) care only?

I have an existing premium insurance plan for my cat but unfortunately, it does not include routine care such as teeth cleaning. Does anyone know where to get an additional routine (dental) care plan to the existing insurance policy for my cat? Any recommendations? I'd like to hear from your personal experience. Serious answers please, thank you. I appreciate all your inputs.
